Welcome, I’m Nisha and I guide second and third generation South Asian women who feel trapped under family and cultural expectations to reconnect with their own desires. I’m here to help you set healthy boundaries, identify personal needs, and make decisions with clarity and confidence. Through a blend of coaching and wellness practices, I want you to gain the tools to live authentically without guilt or obligation.

I grew up as an awkward brown kid in the 1990s struggling with my own identity. I took the path of least resistance in life and did what my family expected. I went to college, got a business degree, and went into a stable career. I spent my adult life succeeding in corporate America, looking for validation and to prove just how “enough” I was. I was living my life to please my family and others.

In 2024 my entire world changed. First my mom suffered an accident that left her paralyzed and I put my life on hold to take care of her. Six months later, my spouse and partner in life had a stroke that hospitalized him for over a month. At that moment I had no choice but to set boundaries with my family and start making choices that prioritized my own well being and needs.

I went through a complete reset in my life because I had no other choice. But now I want to use what I’ve learned to help others. Today, I combine my lived experiences, leadership background, and yoga practice to empower women to transform their lives.

Designed specifically for second and third generation South Asian women, reflecting the unique pressures and expectations they face.

Combines leadership experience in corporate America, yoga teaching, and personal transformation for an unmatched holistic approach.

Real-world experience navigating caregiving, cultural expectations, and identity challenges enriches every coaching session.
